a. Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement (before dispatch). After dispatch, standard return process applies.
b. Returns & Exchanges
Accepted within 7 days post-delivery for:
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Unopened merchandise in original packaging
To initiate:
Email/call within 7 days
Provide order info and photos (if damage)
Ship item at [your address]; send tracking info
We’ll review and process remaining stock
c. Refunds
Approved refunds processed within 5 working days of item receipt
Via original payment method (credit/debit/bank transfer)
Refund time depends on bank/card issuer processing
d. Exchanges
Subject to availability
Customer responsible for any price difference
e. Shipping & Restocking Fees
Return shipping paid by customer (unless damage error on our part)
No restocking fee unless due to customer misuse
f. Policy Restrictions
No returns/exchanges for:
Intimate apparel, personal care items (due to hygiene)
Sale/discounted items unless defective
Items damaged post-delivery
g. Warranty Claims
Manufacturer warranty handled per “Return & Warranty” point in product description
